3. Customer Responsibilities

5. Liability & Limitations
Cooks Painting LLC is not liable for:
Damages caused by pre-existing property issues
Minor surface imperfections revealed after paint application
Delays due to weather, access restrictions, or acts of God Clients assume responsibility for items or areas not disclosed as fragile or restricted.
6. Intellectual Property
All marketing content, materials, and website content are owned by Cooks Painting LLC and may not be copied, reused, or republished without written permission.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
